This recipe is very simple and filling- it's a flavorful salad topped with simply pan seared tofu.
Salads are my favorite because you can top it with almost anything and it all seems to mesh well together- and they are healthy :)
You can modify it any way that your heart desires, but here is what I used--
Green bell pepper
Dried Craisins- Cherry
Extra Firm Tofu
Salad dressing: Bolthouse Caesar
For the tofu- dry it really well then just simply cut into cubes and sear on a pan until all sides are brown. I like my tofu without plain, but I know many people prefer marinades and seasoning.
