Baked Ranch Chicken Breast

Hey Everyone!
Today I'd like to share with you a recipe for ranch chicken breasts. I'm a huge fan of chicken so I'm always looking for unique ways to flavor my chicken. This recipe is easy and delicious, I guarantee everyone will love it.








Ingredients:
About 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 packet dry ranch dressing mix
Panko bread crumbs- I used Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350
Start by cracking the 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk them together, these will be the "glue" for the bread crumbs.
Next combine about 3/4 to a cup of breadcrumbs and 1/2 a packet of ranch seasoning in another bowl. Combine in parmesan cheese- as much as you'd like.
It is your choice whether you want to slice chicken or keep it whole but dip the chicken into the egg batter then throw into the breadcrumb mixture until its all covered up. Do this for all chicken then place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes!

*Healthy tip-
Panko breadcrumbs are a lighter option vs. regular breadcrumbs. Only 1 cup of panko bread crumbs has about 200 calories vs. regular bread crumbs have a whopping 440 per cup.
